Quality Breeders should FIRST breed their dogs responsibly, then socialize them carefully, THEN match them lovingly!

We have two basic goals:

The FIRST is to match puppies to their new families as closely as possible, so you don't have a "PET", but a new family member, or "Companion". We do this by getting to know our puppies and our dogs VERY well. We breed our males to females based on a variety of factors, in order to produce a wide range of personalities, energy levels, coat types, and communication styles (just to name a few factors). We will interview new potential families to determine what characteristics will best suit their family and lifestyle.

The second goal we have is to put as many IRRESPONSIBLE breeders out of business as possible! We will help and guide and support responsible breeders. But breeders who are breeding animals with genetic disorders or temperament issues are not acceptable. The reason we have so many dogs put to sleep every year, and why loving families have HUGE vet bills trying to save their beloved sick pup is due to irresponsible breeding. We do this by teaching people what to ask breeders, to weed out the irresponsible ones and significantly reduce the chance of getting a pup with a genetic disorder or temperament disorder. The training is the first step to our process, then the interview phase begins.  Go to the Basic Questions page to read the questions we teach to ask.

So EVEN if you don't end up with one of our pups, for whatever reason, you WILL end up with an education which will save you thousands of dollars, and a LOT of heartache, IF you use the information you get!

Good luck, and we look forward to hearing from you.
